Alice Adams, Jack Mackie and Andrew Darke were appointed by Centro and the Public Art Commissions Agency to collaborate with the architectural consultants on the preparation of of a bid document for the design and  construction of a new light rail line between Birmingham and Wolverhampton, England. Working with Geoff Wood, their charge was to incorporate guidelines and procedures for the inclusion of artists on the design team of the new transit system.
