“Wall of the Tides,” completed in 2006, is a semi-circular water sculpture built into the stepped retaining wall that separates the upper and lower courtyards of the Veterans Memorial Hospital Vineland, NJ. The wing walls at the lower level have a tile wall between them that supports the upper basin and “wave dish” while water falls on either side into the lower pool. Above the upper level “wave dish,” a stainless steel arch holds spheres that reflect the sky above, and the water running over the mosaic sea creatures from the zodiac.
